Data deletion (English)

Businesses can disconnect any account from the dashboard (the access token is deleted at once) and delete conversations and products; to delete the whole account, email us from the account's address and we delete it within 30 days. If you messaged a business that uses Zabouni, send "delete my data" in that conversation or contact us with the business name and your account or number; we delete your conversations within 30 days. If you remove Zabouni from your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta sends us a deletion request and we delete the related data within 30 days; you receive a confirmation code.
