الخدمة
«زبوني» بيعطيك مساعد ذكي بيرد على زباينك على الحسابات اللي بتربطها، من المعلومات والمنتجات اللي بتدخلها إنت.
مسؤوليتك
- المعلومات والأسعار اللي بتدخلها لازم تكون صحيحة ومحدّثة. المساعد بيرد منها.
- لازم تكون صاحب الحسابات اللي بتربطها أو مخوّل فيها، وتلتزم بسياسات Meta وواتساب للأعمال.
- ممنوع استخدام المنصة لرسائل مزعجة (spam)، أو بيع ممنوعات، أو خداع الناس، أو جمع بيانات بدون إذن.
الذكاء الاصطناعي
المساعد ممكن يغلط. إنت بتتابع المحادثات من اللوحة وبتقدر تستلم أي محادثة. الطلبات والمواعيد اللي بيسجلها المساعد لازم تأكدها إنت مع الزبون.
الاشتراك
- كل باقة إلها عدد محادثات بالشهر. المحادثة = زبون واحد يرد عليه البوت خلال 24 ساعة، فيها لحد 4 ردود من البوت، وكل 4 ردود زيادة بتنحسب محادثة. التجربة المجانية بتوقف عند حدها. الباقات المدفوعة بتكمّل، والزيادة بتنحسب على الشهر الجاي.
- رسوم رسائل واتساب اللي بتاخدها Meta علينا، وداخلة بسعر الباقة.
- بتقدر تلغي بأي وقت، والباقة بتضل لآخر الشهر المدفوع.
إيقاف الحساب
بنوقف أي حساب بيخالف هالشروط أو سياسات Meta.
Terms (English)
Zabouni provides an AI assistant that replies to your customers on the accounts you connect, using the information and products you enter. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate, for owning or being authorised to use the connected accounts, and for following Meta and WhatsApp Business policies. Spam, prohibited goods, deception and collecting data without consent are not allowed. The AI can make mistakes: you monitor conversations, can take over any of them, and must confirm orders and appointments with the customer. Each plan includes a monthly number of conversations (one customer answered within 24 hours, up to 4 AI replies; every further 4 replies count as one more). Meta's WhatsApp messaging fees are paid by us and included in the plan price. The free trial stops at its limit; paid plans continue and extra conversations are billed next month. You can cancel any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies.
